Very fun! the only thing I think it's missing is some sort of visual catch, very basic right now (though that has it's own charm in a way, very easy to digest)

On visuals alone this is a solid 10, music is nice, and gameplay is very solid, my only nir-picks would be: checkpoint only activate if you step on them, so you can't go jumpin around like an idiot, and Eggs should just recharge or be obtained through normal actions like killing enemies (like Yoshi's Island) because I kept noticing these things you have to step on to keep on getting eggs, wich just seemed redundant, (I know, VERY nitpicky, sorry), but everything about this is gold, loved it to bits!

If this comes out with a price tag I'm buting it, no discount needed, this is really good. HOWEVER If I could make some suggestions, jumping from wall to wall should not require changing directions along with the jumps in SUCH a fast-paced game, specially one where the character has no easing and is full-on erratic with it's movements (not a bad thing, I'm saying it doesn't flow well with the wall jumps). I didn't quite get the whole green triangle thingy but I bet that's just me not paying attention, I think an intro level to set the stage and story (along with the mechanics) would be way cooler than a straight up tutorial, it did explain the mechanics well enough tho. Anyways, this was a blast and it reminded me what I love in old-school videogames and why I prefer them to modern games. You should be proud (maybe you are I'm not your mom)

Really fun and engagin, only complaint is the amount of noise in the middle of the war and the lack of transitions, aside from that this deserves all the praise it can get.
